| JUDGMENT The motion for leave to intervene by the Tsilhqot’in National Government is dismissed, without prejudice to its right to bring a motion for leave to intervene in the appeal. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Edmonton), Numbers 1903-0274-AC and 1903-0279-AC, 2020 ABCA 238, dated June 15, 2020, is granted with costs in the cause. |
