Pursuant to Rule 8(1) of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Canada, the time to serve and file the reply is extended to December 6, 2022. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Prince Edward Island Court of Appeal, Number S1-CA-1475, 2022 PECA 7, dated July 8, 2022, is dismissed with costs to the respondent, Prince Edward Island Teachers Federation.

 

 

JUGEMENT
