JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve the application for leave to appeal is granted.  The motions to seal certain documents and to adduce new evidence are dismissed.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Manitoba, Number AI16-30-08606, 2017 MBCA 6, dated January 11, 2017, is dismissed without costs.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est accueillie.  Les requêtes pour sceller certains documents et sollicitant l’autorisation de présenter une nouvelle preuve sont rejetées.  La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel du Manitoba, numéro AI16-30-08606, 2017 MBCA 6, daté du 11 janvier 2017, est rejetée sans dépens.
