Nabil Riad Sahyoun is permitted to represent the estate of Sanaa Riad Sahyoun. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia (Vancouver), Number CA42707, 2017 BCCA 96, dated February 16, 2017, is dismissed.

 

 

 

JUGEMENT
