                   Criminal Law ‑‑ Evidence ‑‑ Whether the trial judge erred in discounting the accused's testimony ‑‑ Appeal as of right.

 

                   APPEAL from a judgment of the British Columbia Court of Appeal, [1987] B.C.D. Crim. Conv. 5265‑04, dismissing the accused's appeal from a conviction on a charge of robbery and use of a firearm. Appeal dismissed.

1.                       Estey J.‑‑We are all of the view that the appeal must fail. We find no error in the disposition of the appeal by the majority of the Court of Appeal. Accordingly the appeal is dismissed.
