JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Federal Court of Appeal, Numbers  A-429-12 and A-428-12, 2013 FCA 207, dated September 11, 2013 is dismissed without costs.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est accueillie.  La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel fédérale, numéros A-429-12 et A-428-12, 2013 CAF 207, daté du 11 septembre 2013, est rejetée sans dépens.
