The appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Edmonton), Number 1403-0221-A, 2015 ABCA 409, dated December 22, 2015, heard on May 20, 2016, is allowed. Mr. Vassell’s conviction is set aside and a stay of proceedings is entered.
L’appel interjeté contre l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Alberta (Edmonton), numéro 1403-0221-A, 2015 ABCA 409, daté du 22 décembre 2015, entendu le 20 mai 2016, est accueilli. La déclaration de culpabilité de M. Vassell est annulée et l’arrêt des procédures est ordonné.
